
Business Development Consultant- Themed Entertainment
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager with vast experience in theme parks, casinos, touring, and televised entertainment booking to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence through strategic planning and effective relationship management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, project management, and customer relationship management, with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients through research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients while actively seeking new partnerships.
- Utilize Constant Contact and other customer relationship management software to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales data.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning initiatives.
- Prepare presentations and proposals for prospective clients that effectively communicate our value proposition.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales within themed entertainment for theme parks, casinos, touring shows, televised events, and more.
- Strong knowledge of customer relationship management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Constant Contact tools for managing client interactions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
